Our Staff

The staff at S.W.A.T. has a wide range of expertise. Here is a rundown of our coaches and special staff.
Coach - Todd Gregor
From Todd - with a grandfather who literally started little league in my hometown and a father who put his stamp on the same program in the 80's, baseball was going to be part of my life. From little league all the way to two mid-major D1 schools, I put in the time learning the tools that actually work towards improving your game. No gimmicks. No "as seen on TV" type gadgets. Simple and to the point drills with proven success.
One area I was never able to master was the mental side of the game. I was way too hard on myself. That's why at this stage I put as much effort into the mental side of the game as the physical. Helping young kids understand, accept the failures and stay confident in their abilities is just as important as basking in the glory of success.
Coach - Aaron Kopetski
From Aaron - Baseball has always been part of who I am—it runs deep in my family. My uncle is the head coach at Muhlenberg High School and played in the Dodgers organization, making it to AAA. I’m also proud to be related to MLB great Rocky Colavito. I played locally at Muhlenberg and Albright, where I led my team in home runs and fielding percentage, made trips to the state tournament, and competed in the Carpenter Cup and Reading Phillies Hitting Challenge.
These days, my focus is on helping the next generation grow—especially my daughter and two boys. I love working with young players, helping them develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Outside of baseball, I’ve spent my career in education, serving as both an elementary and high school educator, and now as a principal. Coaching gives me another way to teach, mentor, and make a difference—and I bring the same passion to the field that I bring to the school every day.
Coach Jess Kircher
From Jess - I attended Oley Valley High School where I was a 4x All-Berks County pitcher accumulating 257 strikeouts, 42 walks through 356 innings pitched. My overall record was 47-4 with a 4 year batting average of .534. Although I was primarily a pitcher, when I wasn’t pitching I was catching or playing shortstop. I was inducted into the Oley Valley Athletic Hall of Fame in 2025.
After High School, I attended Bloomsburg University and played Field Hockey and Softball under Jan Hutchinson. Many accolades were achieved at Bloomsburg University and I was inducted into their Athletic Hall Of Fame in 2012.
After graduating from Bloomsburg, I continued to play softball in the Berks County ASA Softball league up to age 35. During this time my team traveled to Arizona to play at the National Tournament. My team placed second and I was honored to be named to the All-American Team as a shortstop.
I have been employed by American Dental Solutions for 23 years as an Accounting Supervisor. My hopes as a coach for SWAT is to instill my passion and knowledge in the younger generation especially my daughter Karlee. I believe my strong will to succeed can be a positive influence for these young ladies for their future endeavors.
Coach/Physician - Travis Miller
Travis will serve as a part-time coach when needed. More importantly, Travis serves as the sports medicine physician for Penn State Health and is also the team physician for Schuylkill Valley and Conrad Weiser School districts.
Treasurer/Social Media - Kelly Gregor
Kelly will run the social media and finances behind S.W.A.T. There is no greater cheerleader for a team to have on board. She also brings a background in competitive cheer both personally and as a coach having several first place finishes while teaching youth programs.
